Business Manager

The Business Manager role is within the Commercial Treasury Management Product Analytics team. You will shape our short and long-term Treasury Management Product Strategy.

• Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One
• Lead product level modeling/analytics
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
• Drive step-change improvements in credit performance
• Manage and sequence delivery of business intent
• Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
• Work closely with colleagues across Capital One
• Build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team
• Foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable, and be able to consistently deliver results

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field
• At least 2 years of experience in analysis
• Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity
• Solid people leadership experience
• Strong executive communication skills
• Clear results orientation
• Successful track record of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
