Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst within our Commercial Insurance Small and Lower Middle Market (SLM) domain, you will have the opportunity to work with business leadership in both Actuarial and Portfolio Management, helping to designing and document effective rating solutions that can be applied by the Pricing Implementation team.

• Lead the elicitation and documentation of business requirements
• Collaborate with IT development and testing counterparts
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
• Identify and help architect business capabilities
• Support the Product Owners within an Agile framework

• Comprehensive understanding of business operations
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis
• Proficiency in identifying structural issues
