About the role
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Records Management Group Manager for its Tampa, Florida location. Duties: Lead Physical Records space within Records Management program to establish uniform process of creating, identifying, retaining, disposing of records throughout information lifecycle. Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures. Establish document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content. Monitor legal, regulatory, financial and operational obligations and risks associated with records management. Serve as global liaison and coordinate Records Management Program Governance team’s interactions with global stakeholders. Partner with Records Management Program Leads and global units overseeing offsite physical records storage providers. Develop risk-based strategies to support Global Records Management Office for enhanced governance and oversight, and compliance with applicable policies, laws, rules and regulations. Review and advise on records management policy, standards, and documentation. Monitor record management risk and control initiatives by reviewing standardized control matrix for assessment and providing records management trainings. Design and implement physical records strategies. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to integrate modifications into existing records management requirements within their domains and recommend improvements to governance strategies.

Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, International Business, or related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Record Management Program Lead, Risk and Control Manager, or related position involving records management oversight, global projects leadership and development and maintenance of operational risk control programs and procedures for a global financial services institution.
