• The Director of Value-Based Finance (Director) for Well65 is a unique position and the individual must possess a variety of skillsets.
• The Director must have a thorough financial acumen around physician practice finances, including both value-base care arrangements (Medicare Advantage and CMMI Initiatives) and traditional fee-for-service activity.

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5 years hospital finance experience
• Preferred qualifications: Master's degree, 3 years of applicable healthcare financial management experience
