• Build and grow strong relationships with customers and key partners to generate quality referrals and ongoing business
• Provide clear, compliant insurance advice that meets customer needs and supports long-term wellbeing outcomes
• Drive business growth through consistent pipeline activity, proactive follow-ups, and high standards of service
• Complete annual policy reviews to ensure cover remains fit-for-purpose and customers stay protected as life changes
• Maintain strong sales discipline, managing applications, documentation, and timeframes with accuracy and care

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience within banking or financial services
• NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) with Life, Health and Disability strand completed
• A strong track record of proven sales performance and results
• A natural relationship builder - credible, confident, and able to influence
