About the role
The Senior Enterprise Learning Specialist will manage assigned enterprise learning programs from design through delivery and ongoing improvement. This role will ensure learning offerings are structured effectively, facilitated consistently, and aligned with organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Designs program content, structure, and delivery approach, in alignment with agreed upon team design principles and enterprise learning standards
- Facilitates enterprise learning experiences, often for mid-level leadership audiences
- Prepares and supports other facilitators, including leaders or subject matter experts, when delivering enterprise offerings
- Partners with Learning Operations to support logistics, digital assets, and data collection related to assigned programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- 7–10 years of progressive professional experience in a business environment required
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field required
- 2+ years of experience leading a team in a corporate environment and/or directly consulting with mid-to-senior level leaders, focused on effective team
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences or performance interventions that support observable improvement required
- Demonstrated credibility working with leaders at multiple levels of the organization, including managers and senior leaders required
- Experience facilitating learning experiences for a variety of audiences, including managers and cross-functional groups
- Experience partnering with business leaders, subject-matter experts, or top performers to co-design or facilitate learning experiences preferred
- Experience incorporating feedback, observation, or performance data to refine and improve learning experiences over time preferred
