Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership in the areas of workplace conduct, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting, performance, and HRIS. The successful candidate will work in our USAntibiotics headquarters in Bristol, TN and will be a part of our dynamic human resources team supporting the USAntibiotics manufacturing site.

• Provide leadership in the areas of workplace conduct, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting, performance, and HRIS
• Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, hiring and onboarding procedures for the field associates
• Perform other HR functions including: maintain employee files, handling workers’ compensation claims, filing unemployment insurance, associate employment issues, assisting the management team and miscellaneous HR functions

• Strong leadership skills
