• Partner deeply with Product to co-own the vision and roadmap for Capital One’s CI/CD ecosystem.
• Own the availability, latency, and efficiency of mission-critical, distributed systems.
• Lead a large, distributed organization of engineering leaders.
• Set the standard for engineering culture, helping the team navigate the pivot from legacy tooling to modern, simplified abstractions.
• Act as a trusted partner to VPs and SVPs across the enterprise.
