Principal Recruiter

Capital One is looking for a Principal Associate to join our Recruiting Team. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent brokers for Capital One.

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process
• Source stellar candidates
• Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting experience
