About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Project Coordinator to provide behind-the-scenes support for our RN Clinical Practice Coordinators and Pathways program.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support to Practice Coordinators and program leaders.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including creating assignments, adding participants, and distributing information.
- Track progress and follow up on tasks, ensuring timely completion and communication.
- Assist in moderating Zoom-based classes and virtual learning sessions.
- Support student onboarding and engagement processes, coordinating across multiple sites and teams.
- Communicate professionally with students, faculty, and internal departments to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven administrative and/or project coordination experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Experience with LMS systems
