Lean Manager (WMS 2)

This position is part of WaTech’s Strategy and Management Division (SMD), which provides statewide leadership for IT strategy, governance and customer experience

• Serve as the highest level Lean expert within WaTech
• Develop a Lean strategic roadmap to guide and prioritize process improvement efforts
• Develop a process and program to quantify the impact of Lean projects
• Prepare presentations and information to advise executive leadership on Lean efforts

• Ten years of experience in performance management, continuous improvement, project management, or another closely aligned field
