HVAC Technician

Responsible for performing the highly skilled, discipline specific, tasks required to ensure the smooth operation of Universal Orlando Facilities as it pertains to all industrial, commercial and non-commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

• Perform service on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, supply/exhaust fans, pumps, valves, piping and associated controls and accessories site wide.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair or replace all mechanical components in walk in freezers, coolers, rack systems and associated controls and accessories site wide.
• Provide mechanical and technical guidance and expertise to HVAC Tech II and Tech III technicians and HVAC apprentices to continually improve the education, experience and skill set within the department.

• 5+ years Commercial / Industrial HVAC/R systems including building automation systems, boilers, chillers and associated equipment is required.
