A leadership opportunity is available for a seasoned nursing professional to oversee a home infusion care location in Chesapeake, VA. This role requires a strong leader with solid clinical expertise and a passion for home infusion therapy and healthcare management.

• Oversee daily operations of the home infusion care location
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Manage and supervise nursing and administrative personnel
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies

• Support staff development and performance evaluations

• Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience
• At least two years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare setting
• A minimum of two years supervising nursing staff and clinical teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
• Excellent clinical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities
