About the role
Administrative support for the Department Vice President. Is responsible for planning, researching, problem-solving and performing special projects as assigned. This position will coordinate schedules and act as the representative for designated routine matters. Must be able to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure and deal effectively with all levels within and outside of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support for the Department Vice President
- Planning, researching, problem-solving, and performing special projects
- Coordinating schedules and acting as the representative for designated routine matters
- Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA requirements
- Assisting with meetings, involving staff and physicians, including scheduling, taking, and distributing minutes
- Maintaining service agreements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of progressive secretarial and clerical experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, along with the capacity to learn other relevant systems and databases
