Stepdown Unit Nurse (RN)

Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Stepdown unit. Monitor patient conditions, recognizing signs of improvement or decline and responding appropriately. Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to devise and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately following established protocols. Document patient information thoroughly and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Stepdown or progressive care nursing environments.

• Ability to manage multiple patient needs effectively under pressure.
