Stepdown Nurse (RN)

An excellent opportunity is available for a registered nurse skilled in stepdown care to work in a dynamic hospital setting in Denver, Colorado.

• Monitor and assess patients transitioning from intensive care to less critical stages
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in stepdown or progressive care units
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage adult patients requiring close monitoring post-intensive care
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
