Workers Compensation Claim Representative Trainee

The Workers Compensation Claim Representative Trainee will handle all aspects of a Workers Compensation claim, including investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims on losses of lesser value and complexity.

• Handle all aspects of a Workers Compensation claim
• Investigate, develop, and evaluate action plans for claim resolution
• Communicate and apprise all parties regarding claim status
• Acquire and maintain relevant Insurance License(s)

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2 years of work or customer service-related experience
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to review information from multiple sources and use analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
