About the role
Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to students on the spectrum. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student needs. Track and monitor behavioral progress according to established standards. Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations. Participate actively in team meetings and professional development.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts license or certification as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 students who have autism spectrum disorders.
- Ability to complete CORI and fingerprinting requirements.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
