About the role
The Technical Product Manager, AI/ML Support Features will oversee projects that use natural language models and generative AI to enhance Apple support customer journeys
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects that use natural language models and generative AI to enhance Apple support customer journeys
- Partner with software developers & data scientists to iterate on a suite of web services enhancements
- Establish governance processes to manage shared APIs across client apps
- Develop a solid understanding of the team’s existing technical implementations and operational processes
- Influence and encourage the use of data across the team
- Communicate technical concepts to both software developers and non-developers/business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role involving machine learning, data analysis, or software engineering
- Prior experience in a product management or product owner role, ideally involving AI/ML products
- Experience creating products or tools reliant on large language models (LLMs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
