UX Designer, Core

• Create new designs, including user flows, wireframes, mocks, and prototypes
• Communicate design intent to both internal and external teams, clearly rationalizing and justifying design work and advocating for users' needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand, define, and explore the problem space
• Partner with and leverage UX research to inform design decisions and validate concepts
• Deliver precise, conceptually sound, and visually elegant design specs, working closely with engineers to ensure quality execution
• Apply and contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practices specifically for AI-driven experiences, ensuring consistency and quality across the Android ecosystem

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
• Preferred qualifications: Experience designing enterprise applications, data infrastructure, or software to design powerful enterprise applications
• Experience designing for AI-powered systems and agentic technologies
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, and designing for a quality user experience
• Ability to clearly communicate abstract design concepts, collaborating with engineers, content strategists, and product managers throughout the design process
• Ability to be self-initiative and move fast while being thoughtful
• Excellent core interaction design skills
