About the role

The Office of System and School Improvement (OSSI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 to provide support to our busy and dynamic team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with shifting priorities and providing varying types of support for the OSSI teams and occasionally agency-wide.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school graduation or GED equivalent AND three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in utilizing organizational skills in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative skills or work experience
  • Associates degree AND two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in utilizing organizational skills in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative skills or work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree AND one (1) year of experience in utilizing organizational skills in office/clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative skills or work experience
