Provider Relations Liaison

The Physician Relations Representative is responsible for growing hospital volumes, market share and brand preference for Uchicago Medicine AdventHealth.

• Manages targeted physicians and practices for referral development and retention
• Identifies, initiates, and maintains contact with key referral sources
• Makes face-to-face contacts and presentations to current referring physicians and potential prospects
• Conducts proactive field work with targeted physicians and office staff
• Develops relationship sales funnel and physician profiles
• Coordinates team presentations with service line managers and specialists
• Regularly shares service line enhancements with referring physicians
• Documents physician visits, contacts, issue resolution, and market intelligence
• Implements issue resolution processes and acts as liaison for information between parties
• Provides information internally to facilitate physician access to services, issue resolution, and new offerings
• Develops and manages sales plans, including analyzing physician information and identifying key sales strategies

• Bachelor's degree
• Six or more years of Work Experience Required
• Healthcare sales experience, preferably in hospital sales
• Comparable clinical experience and knowledge may be considered in lieu of sales experience
