About the role
The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient and/or and assigned group of patients within a patient care unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of the related clinical activities. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for supervising and responsibly directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment, while practicing within the State, facility and regulatory guidelines. Identifies and selects appropriate nursing interventions to achieve health goals. Coordinates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate resources and support into the care plan. Educates patients and families about the care plan, interventions, and their roles in the process. Qualifications The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed: Associate's of Nursing Required 1 Year of year work experience in an acute care setting, Dialysis experience, Medical/surgical, ICU, PCU, and/or ED experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) Required Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) Required Neonatal Resuscitation (NPR) Required Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) Required Registered Nurse (RN) to practice in the state of Georgia Required ONS - Certification in Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Program - Oncology Nursing Society Require
Responsibilities

Requirements
