• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy via telepractice platforms
• Assess and monitor student progress using data-driven approaches
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other educational professionals to develop and adapt intervention plans
• Maintain detailed documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
• Participate in virtual meetings and professional development as required

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California
• Experience delivering speech therapy services through telepractice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and utilize technology effectively
• Familiarity with K-12 educational environments preferred
