DSHS BHHA Residential Services Coordinator

The State Operated Living Alternatives (SOLA) program within the Behavioral Health & Habilitation Administration (BHHA) is hiring a Residential Services Coordinator.

• Determine staffing needs and schedule coverage for each home.
• Carry the after-hours duty phone to respond to emergencies or call-outs as needed.
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and orientation of Attendant Counselor (AC) staff.

• Skilled in organization and management of staff schedules.
• Skilled in creating tracking, filing, and monitoring systems.
• Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities.
