Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
- Drive the adoption of new Java technologies and Workfusion RPA solutions within the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter and Gatling, along with API testing tools like REST Assured.
- Focus on non-functional requirements (NFRs) including volume handling, capacity planning, performance, and throughput.
- Enhance the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
- Document and share architectural and design decisions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
- Identify, onboard, and recruit qualified Java engineers and automation specialists.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and automation.
- Create comprehensive onboarding and knowledge-sharing documentation.
- Lead and manage engineering teams to align with business goals and technological standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and ensure successful execution.
- Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience with Java, J2EE technologies, and Workfusion automation platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Mastery of Java, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), and design patterns.
- Extensive experience with Spring Framework modules: Spring Core, Spring AOP, Spring Web MVC, Spring Reactive, Spring AI, Spring Batch.
- Deep understanding of software design principles: SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI.
- Proven expertise in Microservice Architecture and related patterns such as Saga, Circuit Breaker, CQRS, and Strangler Fig.
- Familiarity with integration pattncluerns iding Kafka and Chubb.IO.
- Ability to create reusable components or services suited for enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency in Unit Testing frameworks: JUnit, JMock, Mockito.
- Extensive experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, and API testing with REST Assured.
- Knowledge of TDD and BDD methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
- Well-versed in Cloud platforms, especially Azure, including features like AKS, Azure Key Vault, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Functions.
- Deep understanding of Secure Coding practices adhering to OWASP guidelines.
- Experience in automating business processes using Workfusion RPA platform.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
