2026 Management and Sales Internship - Houston - Sherwin-Williams Careers

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12 week summer program offering hands-on experience in our retail stores, providing insight into management, sales, and store operations as well as meaningful customer experiences.

• Contact with customers, which may include minors
• Gain insight into management, sales, and store operations
• Complete a project that addresses critical business issues
• Travel with a Sales Representative and spend structured time with management team

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Must be enrolled in a college or university
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs
