Occupational Therapist

Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, addressing physical and cognitive impairments caused by injury, disease, or disability.

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to individual patient needs in their place of residence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers to develop effective treatment plans
• Utilize clinical expertise to manage resources efficiently while ensuring high-quality care

• Licensed Occupational Therapist registered with the Massachusetts Board of Registration
• Minimum of two years’ experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care settings
• At least one year of certified home care occupational therapy experience
