Software Engineer II

• Developing Cloud Services or Restful services, or Distributed systems
• Able to analyze and clearly articulate complex issues and technologies
• Collaborate across Azure to develop platforms that help simplify the management and monitoring of Edge devices at scale
• Write exemplary code working with large scale distributed systems with quality, simplicity, and maintainability as core tenets
• Drive for quality across the team, mentor and guide others for keeping the bar high

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent in Computer science or related field required
• 2+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring cloud services/RESTful service/Distributed system
• A strong Computer Science background with solid C#, Java, C/C++ programming, debugging skills is highly desired
• Great design and problem-solving skills, with a strong bias for architecting for performance, scalability, security, and reliability
