Actuary and CBSI Head - North America Actuarial Transformation

We are seeking a candidate with strong actuarial or analytics experience within P&C insurance to lead our North America Actuarial Transformation team.

• Conceptualize and design actuarial tools and models that support actuaries for the purpose of exploration, investigation, extrapolation, and other general insights to support their business needs.
• Collaborate with actuaries to understand their needs.
• Conceptualize dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to team members on actuarial analyses, use of actuarial tools and data management systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle challenges creatively.
• At least 10 years of experience, especially in actuarial / analytical role within P&C insurance
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) will be an advantage
• High level of experience in actuarial methodologies, and the P&C insurance industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
