Controls Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Controls Analyst to join our team in Madrid. This role is integral to supporting our EMEA Commercial Operations by ensuring robust controls are in place to drive successful outcomes for both our customers and the business.

• Lead the Quality Assurance process for the region, ensuring all post-sales activities meet the highest standards of service.
• Conduct regular audits, reviews, and validations to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate quality-related findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Design and implement best practices to enhance service quality, particularly for commercial lines of business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs that promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of insurance operations, regulatory compliance, and systems.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Practical understanding of AI tools and their application in business processes (e.g., ChatGPT or similar technologies).
