Lead the strategy and execution of productivity improvement programs across the agency force. Build and manage Channel Support Units (CSUs) as dedicated teams to enhance advisor productivity, quality recruitment, and retention. Drive transformation initiatives, analytics, and governance to ensure sustainable business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in agency distribution, productivity management, or sales performance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to design and deliver productivity frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
