Deliver individualized instruction tailored to students with special needs. Develop and implement appropriate education plans in compliance with IEP goals. Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning environments. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies to meet evolving needs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student development and needs.

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience working with elementary school students requiring special education services.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
