Med-Surg Nurse (RN) - Manchester, NH in Manchester, NH - Soliant

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe patient assessments in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
• Administer IV medications, including Lasix drip, heparin drip, IV push metoprolol, diltiazem, and insulin (IV or subcutaneous).
• Provide specialized wound care such as drain management and vacuum-assisted closure (VACS).
• Manage nutritional support through NGT/G tube care and parenteral nutrition administration.
• Care for central lines including PICC, HD catheters, and midlines.
• Handle catheter care for Foley, nephrostomy, and suprapubic types, plus ostomy care and postoperative patient monitoring.
• Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds to promote patient care excellence.

• Current RN license with active ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proven expertise in Med/Surg Telemetry, orthopedic care, and complex IV medication administration.
• Competency in wound and drain management as well as enteral and parenteral nutrition protocols.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on an every-other-week schedule and float to similar units as needed.
