Responsibilities
- Develop large products with a proven track record of leading end-to-end design initiatives from concept to launch
- Serve as a User Experience (UX) lead with an IC mindset and design capabilities
- Possess an AI native perspective, embracing AI trends
- Demonstrate creative genius, with the ability to conceive innovative ideas that effectively leverage model capabilities to deliver magical impact for users
- Embody a startup mindset, akin to a pragmatic mindset and willing to take on multiple roles to drive product growth and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in product design or UX
- 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams
- 3 years of work experience working with executive leaders
