Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN)

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for coordinating the efforts of the multidisciplinary treatment team for the patients under his/her care.

• Coordinate the efforts of the multidisciplinary treatment team for the patients under his/her care.
• Administer, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the nursing process in the provision of care; and will strive to maintain and improve patient outcomes.
• Communicate with courtesy when interacting with internal or external customers in person or on the telephone.
• Demonstrate respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments.
• Participate in hourly rounding for outcomes using the AIDET technique.
• Incorporate The Whole Care Experience behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment standards and values.

• Associate's of Nursing Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) Required
• Active Florida RN or APRN license required upon hire.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly following RQI protocols
• Current American Heart Association Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly following RQI protocols
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) Required
