Position Overview Soliant is seeking a motivated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite position near Longmont, Colorado for the 2025/2026 school year. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and expertise in supporting students through individualized instruction and inclusive practices. Responsibilities Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with special needs Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and parents Track and report student progress toward IEP goals Create and maintain a positive and structured classroom setting Maintain compliance with IDEA and state regulations Qualifications Active Colorado Special Education Teaching License (required) Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, collaborative, and student-centered Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience, education, and location) Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available 401(k) with employer matching How to Apply Send your updated resume to Nash.King@soliant.com or apply directly through this posting.
