Responsibilities
- Program Leadership; Lead end-to-end program management for initiatives related to Responsible AI, from inception to development.
- Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive yearly roadmaps and detailed quarterly/monthly execution plans, aligning priorities across teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, researchers, data scientists, and product teams to define and implement ethical AI standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risk associated with ML models, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Policy Development & Execution: Translate Responsible AI principles into actionable policies and technical solutions. Collaborate on the development of frameworks that address fairness, privacy, transparency, and accountability.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate potential challenges and risks, “look around corners,” to address issues before they escalate, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Stakeholder Communications: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting updates, risks, ,and success to leadership.
- Scalability: Develop and implement process that ensure Responsible AI practices are scalable across teams, models, and geographies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish metrics for measuring success in Responsible AI initiatives and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience working in regulated industries or adhering to compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of global AI policies, regulations, and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
