About the role
Deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic medical-surgical setting as a registered nurse focused on medical-surgical nursing
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor patients’ conditions and respond effectively to changes in health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care
Requirements
- Current RN license with Medical-Surgical certification preferred
- Proven experience in a medical-surgical nursing role
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
