About the role
Supports the EHS team to ensure coordination of projects and tasks via administrative support, data entry and record maintenance, logistics and scheduling, and organization of materials and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Supports the EHS team to ensure coordination of projects and tasks via administrative support, data entry and record maintenance, logistics and scheduling, and organization of materials and supplies
- Coordinate EHS Training matters related to space booking, session planning, ongoing maintenance
- Facilitate vendor access and drive on requests
- Maintain master training calendars and associated resource/facilitator scheduling
- Communicate available learning opportunities and class availability to business partners
- Respond timely to business partner requests for courses and enrolling/dropping training
- Update, maintain, and validate accuracy of EHS document management systems
- Administer application access and permission levels
- Processes and/or generates regulatory reporting forms and records
- Administer application access and permission levels
- Processes and/or generates invoices and requisitions
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school degree or GED is required
- 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
