Pediatrics Registered Nurse - Lewiston, Maine in Lewiston, ME - Soliant
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 20-25 patients with approximately 5-6 home visits per day
- Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to the needs of pediatric home health patients
- Utilize remote agency technology, including laptop and smartphone, to document and coordinate care
- Maintain compliance with documentation standards and agency protocols
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient health outcomes
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license with pediatric nursing skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in home health care nursing, including use of Epic and OASIS electronic medical records systems
