Analyst, Global Security Operations Center

The Analyst, Global Security Operations is responsible for 24/7 monitoring of the safety and welfare of all Travelers campuses, owned and leased spaces as well as the health and safety of all employees while they are home, traveling, or in an office.

• Monitor, analyze and triage life safety alarms, natural disasters and incidents
• Monitor and respond to a variety of systems supporting the Operations Center
• Ensure that all systems are performing properly
• Coordinate maintenance as necessary
• Work with vendors to resolve performance-related problems
• Test and implement procedures for security systems
• Provide after-hours on-call security administration support
• Promote security system awareness among field site locations

• Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or related experience
• Four years' experience in a security Global Security Operations environment or similar size and complexity
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Knowledge on how to operate a PC, video equipment, Access Control platforms, elevator intercom systems, and building page and fire systems
