Customer Service Representative

As an Underwriting Support Customer Service Representative on the Compliance Review Team, you will be assisting the Underwriting Centers by reviewing and managing critical requirement documents relating to home inspections for compliance.

• Provide superior customer service and quality technical content
• Assume ownership and timeliness relating the home inspection process
• Review and determine compliance in accordance with inspection requirements
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze information to make appropriate decisions
