About the role
Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) for each student. Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure effective support for students. Track and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration about student progress.

Requirements
- Valid Delaware Special Education certification
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
