• Assist with project coordination and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives
• Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives and decision-making
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations
• Support the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management content
• Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Self-sufficient and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure
• Eager to accept responsibility and contribute to value-added projects
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization
• Able to commit to three alternating work semesters
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
