• Maintaining strategic and daily operational plans for Rides & Attractions within Technical Services Department
• Providing technical guidance for all attractions under responsibility
• Ensuring department understands and follows company policies and procedures
• Coordinates and assigns technicians to set up, install, repair, and maintain equipment and venue operations
• Maintaining documentation system for attractions and ensuring daily report completion
• Ensuring highest level of safety for Ride & Attraction equipment
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to Ride & Attraction Technicians
• Performing technical oversight duties and taking technical responsibilities
• Overseeing technical interaction with attraction responsible engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties
• Developing open working relationship with specialty and general contractors
• Enforcing Ride & Attraction technical principles
• Supporting and advising senior management regarding engineering quality and potential risks
• Developing action plans for department's future successes including training programs, workforce planning, and rewards and recognition programs

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of day-to-day operation of a theme park, theatre, or related business required
• 5-7 years of operations management/team leadership experience required
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and holidays required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
