About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager who will be responsible for strategizing and expanding our AI initiatives across content security product portfolio and championing integrations across our Microsoft 365 suite

Responsibilities

  • Forge solid cross-organization partnerships to achieve common aspirations
  • Enable progress through data-driven methodology
  • Drive to make our customers and our business successful
  • Lead the product strategy for elevating Copilot governance with SharePoint’s cutting-edge security policies
  • Work closely with other compliance leaders and major offerings like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams Premium, Copilot for Sales, etc.
  • Be the voice of the engineering team in customer conversations
  • Have plenty of opportunities to work directly with big enterprise customers and bring impact to Microsoft 365’s core business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of demonstrated strength in interpersonal and communication skills, product insight, user empathy, cross-functional collaboration, system-level thinking, and portfolio management
  • 8+ years experience launching multiple iterations of products to customers
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, disciplines, and across levels of management
  • Proven ability to engage in a healthy team culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and collaboration
  • Demonstrated interest and empathy for understanding customer scenarios and experiences
  • Demonstrated product strategy and visionary
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills (written & oral), a solid background of influencing others, and bias towards action
