Psychiatric Social Worker 3

We are pleased to announce we are now accepting applications for a Full-Time, Psychiatric Social Worker 3!

• Conducts interviews for ongoing assessment and treatment
• Provides crisis intervention as needed
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on resident and family complaints
• Completing documentation in a timely fashion
• Assessments, 1 on 1 visits, phone calls, care conferences, discharge planning

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Minimum of two years of experience providing care for individuals in Nursing Home setting
• Advanced practice knowledge in aging, disability, mental illness, PTSD and Alzheimer’s disease
• Current valid licensure in the State of WA for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
