Special Ed Teacher

This opportunity is for a full-time Special Education Teacher position for the 2025–2026 school year in a K-8 structured teaching classroom setting. Located in Scottsdale, AZ, this role focuses on supporting students with significant needs, including those on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will have experience with the TEACCH model or structured teaching practices to provide a highly structured, visual, and predictable learning environment.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Utilize data-driven instruction and consistent progress monitoring to inform teaching.
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings.

• Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Prior experience working with students on the autism spectrum or in structured teaching classrooms is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
