Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) Intern

The Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) Internship is designed to attract and develop motivated students who are passionate about pursuing a career in finance and accounting.

• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work on projects that build technical skills, business insight, and professional competencies critical to success in finance and accounting roles

• Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or greater
• Eligible for full-time hire or a repeat internship within one year of completing this current internship
• Willingness to relocate to Hartford, CT or St. Paul, MN
• Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, extracurricular activities, or work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous growth
• Strong work ethic and a high level of critical and analytical thinking skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
